This is a firm Yeotown favourite during the cooler winter month and despite being dairy-free, it truly feels like a deliciously indulgent version of everybody’s favourite chocolate winter warmer.
Makes: 4 Generous Cups
Takes: 25 minutes
250ml Almond Milk
1 x tin Coconut Milk
Heat the almond and coconut milk and water until warmed through (do not allow to boil!). Add the spices and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve then whisk in the cacao powder, melt in the honey and heat until hot but not boiling. Serve with a cinnamon stick to stir, a grate of nutmeg, a pair of slippers and a roaring fire.
