Wellgevity: a blend of two key concepts – wellness and longevity, announces a transformative health immersion at Yeotown, Devon
Five days that will shift your perspective on personal potential.
We take you away default environment and daily grind and give dedicated personal time with a medical doctor, leading somatic based Osteopath, an expert wellness team and a small curated group of like-minded individuals. We can guarantee this retreat will:
- Restore, recharge and educate you on the core pillars enabling your wellgevity
- Present insights into how your daily life choices affect your wellbeing, mood, energy and disease risk long term
- Give you set of tools and techniques, which you can fit into your daily routine and how these modifications to your everyday habits over time will create your health span
- Co-regulation, nature bathing, nervous system and somatic therapies plus group work.
What is Wellgevity?
The core fabric of the retreat revolves around six pillars which together create “Wellgevity”: Living well, longer.
– Movement
– Nutrient Dense Meals and meal timing strategies
– Nature Bathing and Breath Work
– Targeted supplementation
– Deep, restorative sleep
– Stress resilience and mental wellbeing
Wellgevity retreat holds the space required for you to reconnect with nature, recognise and utilise the transformational power of your breath, tune into a more restorative movement practice, nourish your mind and body with nutritious food, learn how to biohack your home environment for wellbeing and longevity and build our core pillars of health into your day to day. These Health Span enhancing techniques and practices enable remarkable shifts in one’s physiology and psychology, thereby improving how you feel and function daily.
Methodology
We encourage attendees to wear an *Oura Ring* or Whoop for continuous sleep and stress reactivity tracking and a Freestyle Blood sugar monitor (no pain involved).
(optional) We will provide real-time insights into the data provided so you can learn to develop intuitive self insights, which can guide sustainable lifestyle changes.
There will be round-table talks on key “wellgevity topics” and guidance day to day – and we will ensure you understand the reasons for sub-par health at home and how to impact this to create your healthspan.
We invite only a maximum of 15 guests to guarantee “Intensive Guidance”.

Boniface‘s unique methodology bridges the gap between physical and emotional experiences, fostering resilience, self-regulation, and a heightened sense of self and of well-being. With over two decades in practice, Boniface’s journey from a dedicated osteopath in London to a holistic health leader is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the field. His experiences, from collaborating with renowned practitioners to co-founding transformative retreats, have shaped his unique approach to healing. But beyond his vast experience, it’s his palpable passion for holistic well-being that truly sets him apart. Every session, every interaction is infused with a deep-seated desire to bridge the gap between the mind and body, fostering resilience, self-regulation, and an enriched sense of well-being.
Boniface Verney-Carron’s London practice is not just about treating symptoms; it’s about understanding the whole individual. Drawing from osteopathy, somato-emotional techniques, and a myriad of holistic practices, he delves deep into the interconnected systems of the body and mind. His approach is a testament to the belief that true healing requires a comprehensive view of the individual, encompassing physical, emotional, and mental realms.
It’s often said that growth happens outside of one’s comfort zone. Boniface champions this philosophy, guiding individuals through their discomfort to unearth deep-seated traumas and tensions. By confronting and understanding these challenges, he believes one can unlock profound healing and personal evolution. It’s not about avoiding discomfort but harnessing it as a catalyst for transformative growth.
