Green Juice Recipe
Green Gets Gorgeous
(Serves 2)
1 Handful of Leafy Spinach
1 Handful of Kale
1 Cucumber
Small bunch of Parsley
½ a head of Celery
½ Lemon
½ Lime
1 Apple
1. Juice or blend all ingredients until well combined.
*Best processed in a slow, masticating juicer or blended in a high-speed Vitamix blender.
