Yeotown’s Eat, Love, Cook Retreat is here, and we’re thrilled to have Head Chef Dan leading the way in showing you how to create some amazing dishes that will not only tantalise your taste buds but fuel your body and mind with all of the goodness it needs. This special week you will still be immersed in our highly acclaimed Yeotox programme but with a focus on learning to create our delicious, plant based and pescatarian food. You will get to learn to make a breakfast or two, three main meals and how to prepare healthy, nutrient dense snacks.
Head Chef Dan has an infectious passion for cooking, and he’s always eager to share his love of food with others. You’ll be amazed at the level of detail and care that goes into every dish he creates.
During this week alongside hiking, yoga, massages and much more, in the kitchen you’ll be introduced to a range of ingredients, techniques, and recipes that will inspire you to cook up a storm in your own kitchen at home. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a newbie, there’s something for everyone in this cooking retreat. Not only this but Dan will be sharing his wealth of knowledge around the ingredients we use, why they are important for your gut health and overall well-being.
